Refund policy
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, write to us at support@onim.app with your order number. Do not ship anything back before we reply: we send the correct return address for your specific item, and parcels sent elsewhere cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is received. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
For low-value items we may refund you without asking for the item back; we will tell you if that applies.
